Laroza brings over 20 years of professional experience in consumer and commercial lending, as well as portfolio management, to his new position at MWCRE. His expertise and focus over the past eight years have revolved around Small Business Administration (SBA) lending, where he has demonstrated outstanding results.

Prior to joining Mountain West Commercial, Laroza served as Senior Director of capital markets for a competing commercial real estate brokerage in Salt Lake City. Laroza also served as an SBA Business Development Officer with Meadows Bank, and a Relationship Manager for prominent financial institutions such as Wells Fargo, Chase Bank, and Zion Bank.
Laroza is a distinguished alumnus of the University of Utah, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. His educational background, combined with his extensive industry experience, positions him as a trusted advisor capable of providing comprehensive solutions to clients.
