October 24, 2018 – Las Vegas, Nevada. Mountain West Commercial Real Estate is pleased to welcome Steve Mardirossian. Steve specializes in Business Brokerage, He was born in Detroit, MI. Moved to Las Vegas in 1998, and has strong local knowledge of trends in the Las Vegas Valley. Steve graduated from Southfield Lathrup High School and not long after, he ran his family Jewelry business till the age of 22, where he moved to Las Vegas on a hunch to open a successful metal fabrication business named AMW Precision. After 15 years of building up the company in 2013 he added to the AMW Brand and became co-founder of AMW Properties and began investing in real estate, in the same year he became founder of Orange Manor, a development project for an office building in downtown Las Vegas. In 2017 after spending most of his time on development projects Steve sold 50% stake in AMW Precision and took over 100% of all AMW Properties to grow his portfolio on land, commercial buildings and multifamily residential, he got his real estate license and business brokerage Permit and created the Charleston Manor development Company where he purchased multiple properties downtown to develop. Steve is also founder of multiple businesses such as Orange Beld and Odd Man In Sock brands; Meet n Potatoes gourmet food trucks in Los Angeles. Minority owner and board member of Rolled Ice Cream stores and his latest project with his Wife Alainah co founder and owner of Corks N Crafts DIY bar in Downtown Summerlin.
