Fast Stop Travel Centers Acquires Portfolio of Triple Stop, Chevron, and Car Washes in Utah
MWCRE Represented Fast Stop & Triple Stop in the Transaction
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Mountain West Commercial Real Estate (MWCRE) helped Utah based Fast Stop Travel Centers acquire Triple Stop, a three-portfolio gas station in Davis County. Fast Stop Travel Centers, a family- owned company, believes in supporting local vendors to “grow together”.
“Our goal is to build a strong presence in the Utah region where we headquartered,” said Sam Shahram owner of Fast Stop Travel Centers. “We are committed to keeping the Triple Stops legacy while adding Fast Stop special product selections and loyalty program”.
MWCRE Agent Matthew Porter represented both parties and helped facilitate the transaction.

One site is in Clearfield, UT and the other two are in Layton, UT. Fast Stop Travel Centers expansion plans include growing the chain to 100 sites by end of 2024.
