About Me

Scott Brady began his commercial real estate career in 2004 at Commerce CRG and later co-founded Mountain West Retail in 2009, now known as Mountain West Commercial Real Estate.

As a retail and investment specialist, Scott has a thorough understanding of the current trends and future direction of the commercial real estate markets in Utah and Idaho.  He is meticulous about providing the most timely, accurate, and comprehensive market information available to his clientele.

His continued desire to provide unparalleled service, information, and analysis keeps Scott on the cutting edge of the industry. This determination has provided him the opportunity to work with retailers including Sonic Drive-In, Popeye’s Chicken, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Mister Car Wash, Cyprus Credit Union, Momentum Climbing Gym, Kids That Rip, Aqua Tots, Vessel Kitchen, GOAT Haircuts, Image Studios 360, Cookie Cutters, ROCTACO, U-Haul, and Savers.

Scott graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing and a minor in Korean. He holds active real estate licenses in Utah and Idaho. His personal interests include skiing, mountain biking, basketball, marathons, and triathlons. He resides in Salt Lake City with his wife Colette, and their four children.
