About Me
Robert Kingsford has been an industrial broker since 2007. Robert has closed over $211 million in commercial real estate transactions since 2007. This is made up of 5.53 million square feet transacted during this time. He earned his CCIM designation in 2017 and became an SIOR in 2018. He served as the SIOR Utah Chapter President in 2021.
Upon joining Mountain West Commercial in 2018, Robert was tasked with helping to start the industrial department from scratch to add to the full-service reach throughout the Mountain West. Clients, brokers, and other professionals praise his professionalism and commitment to getting the job done. He strives to give his clients the best possible service. “When clients win, we win,” his business philosophy, is centered on detail-oriented action paired with integrity. He has an attitude of constant self-improvement through experience in the marketplace, involvement with clients, and continuing education.
With a background in construction prior to working in commercial brokerage, Robert has a working knowledge of the structural process and how buildings can be improved or renovated.
Robert graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Economics. He volunteered for two years in Uganda, East Africa, and also served as an assistant coach for the University of Utah Rugby team from 2007 to 2012. Currently, Robert volunteers as the Head Coach of the East High School Rugby Team in Salt Lake City which placed 4th in the country in 2019.
