Nichole Parkinson joined the Mountain West team in 2010, bringing with her years of experience in office management, business management, property management, marketing and real-estate.
Nichole began her career in the real estate industry in 1997 as a property management assistant with Pentalon Management, where she gained valuable experience showcasing and marketing properties as well as developing key office management skills. In 1998, Nichole began working as a real estate assistant for a top producing agent at GMAC Real Estate, where she was a client-relations and problem-resolution contact as well as a marketing and property listing coordinator. In addition, Nichole has worked as a retail business manager where her leadership skills and creative intuition have been polished and proven.
Nichole entered the commercial real estate arena as an Executive Assistant for the top-producing team at Mountain West. Her industry experience is a proven asset to the team and the company. Nichole became a partner in the company and was promoted to Director of Operations in 2017. In this role she is responsible for company-wide daily operations, staff management, managing the company website, event planning, tracking licenses and on-boarding procedures. Nichole is an integral part of Mountain West. Her knowledge and experience paired with her excellent communication and interpersonal skills are heavily relied upon to keep the offices running in a productive and efficient manner.
When Nichole is not working she enjoys camping, volleyball, reading, watching football (#gopackgo) and spending time with her family and friends. She had her husband Cole have 6 children: Daughters Taylor, Lexi, Bailey and Abi, and sons Ethan and Luke.
