Meagan was raised in a small town in Eastern Montana. Growing up, she couldn’t wait to get out of a small town and live the city life. Meagan attended college in Missoula, Montana, studying massage therapy and, after working for a while in a physical therapy office, she made the move to Las Vegas in 2010.
Meagan started her career in property management almost by accident when the place she was going to call home offered her a job to lease apartments. She quickly climbed the ladder to become a property manager. Her success has stemmed from the personal upbringing and community feel Montana has to offer along with her eagerness to learn. She managed nearly 500 units and also oversaw an entire renovation to the clubhouse, amenities and individual units. Meagan enjoyed the relationships built with co-workers, investors, vendors and tenants. She also came to enjoy the financial side of the business as she was preparing financial analytical reports and worked closely with owners and investors on budgets.
After Meagan and her husband had their daughter in 2014, they came to appreciate the small town feel and decided that is how they wanted to raise their family. They finally made the move back to Montana in August 2017 right before adding a son to their family and have enjoyed every minute of it. They wanted their kids to grow up with their cousins, aunts, uncles and grandparents as they are a close-knit bunch.
Meagan enjoys anything out in the sunshine: golf, being on the water, hiking, a game of cornhole, or a cup of coffee. And although the Vegas sunshine allowed her to do those things year round, their motto is “FREEZE FOR FAMILY” so they are learning to enjoy the long Montana winters.
