In 2021, Brandon was recognized by CCIM as one of the Top Four Investment Agents in Utah, becoming one of the youngest recipients in the award’s history. Over the past three years, Brandon has successfully brokered 75+ investment transactions totaling over $540 million across Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico. His primary focus has been on retail shopping center investments, but he has experience with multifamily, office, mobile home parks, and industrial. Brandon has represented some of the largest REITs and institutional investors to help list and source commercial investments within the mountain states.
Brandon has excellent problem-solving skills, and his creativity has helped to close some of the most challenging transactions successfully. His ability to process information and create in-depth cash flow analyses allows his clients to make informed decisions. Brandon dedicates himself to providing his clients with the highest level of service on every deal. He is a master of excel and enjoys creating dynamic investment models for all of his clients.
Before joining Mountain West Commercial, he worked for Marcus and Millichap, specializing in single-tenant net-leased investments. Brandon earned his bachelor’s degree in Construction & Facilities Management from Brigham Young University and is in the process of earning his CCIM designation. Brandon has been happily married to his wife Emily for five years, and they have one little boy. Brandon enjoys playing golf, grilling up tasty smoked BBQ on his Traeger, and driving fast cars in his spare time.
